Korean Kimchi Hot Pepper | Capsicum annuum | Certified Organic by Ecocert Canada | Annual | Open Pollinated | Heirloom
Early maturing hot pepper. 4-5” long and 0.5 -0.75” in diameter. Dark green peppers when immature and become dark red when mature. Great variety for market gardeners.
Companion plants: Alliums, Basil, Beans, Dill, Oregano, Marjoram, Nasturtium, Marigold, Peas, Parsley.
Far from: Kohlrabi, Cabbage, Mustard Greens, Fennel.
Planting tip: Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before planting date. For best result harden off at 18-19°C
Harvesting tip: Hot peppers are ready to harvest as soon as they have achieved their final colour.
Storage tip: Store at 10-12°C with a relative humidity of 95%
