Giant and aromatic Italian parsley that is excellent for culinary use. Very reliable crop that can stand a few frosts and is high yielding and has high regeneration rate.
Companion plants: Tomato, Chives, Carrot, Corn, Peppers, Onion, Peas, Apple, Rose. 
Far from: Mint, Lettuce, Onion, Chives, Shallots.
Planting tip: After seed stratification overnight, soak seeds in warm water for 12-24 hours before sowing. Start indoors 5-6 weeks or direct sow outdoors.
Harvesting tip: When the leaf stems have three segments, parsley is ready to be harvested.
Storage tip: put the leaf stalks in water and keep them in the refrigerator. For dry parsley, cut the parsley at the base and hang it in a well-ventilated, shady, and warm place. Once it’s completely dry, crumble it up and store it in an airtight container.
