Tiny fragrant leaves, white flowers and woody stalk that are sweet tasting. Grow up to 6-10” tall. Resistant to Rust.

Planting tip: Seed stratification is required for 2-4 weeks. Sow indoors 10 weeks before last spring frost. Water sensitive.
Harvesting tip: Pruning encourages bushy growth. Harvest in morning as concentration of aromatics oils are highest at this time.
Storage tip: Fresh thyme should be stored refrigerated and wrapped lightly in plastic; it should last one to two weeks. To dry thyme, hang the sprigs in a dark, well-ventilated, warm area.
