Returns and Store Policies

Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns.

In-store Returns: Hard Goods

Hard goods purchased from Davenport Garden Centre can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. An original receipt must be presented, and goods must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with the original packaging. 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Certain items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Items must be returned to the store location from which they were originally purchased.

Sale, discounted, and holiday items, custom plantings, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. They are considered final sale.

 

In-store Returns: Live

With an original store receipt, customers may return live items purchased at Davenport Garden Centre, within 48 hours from their date of purchase – with a valid reason for their return.

Live items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally purchased. 

Refunds will be issued as a store credit. Certain items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Sale, discounted, and holiday items, and custom orders, are not eligible for return or refund. They are considered final sale.

Items must be returned to the store location from which they were originally purchased.

While we sell premium quality living plants that should thrive over a long period of time, due to conditions that are beyond the control of our high quality growers, such as extreme or unseasonal weather, winter salt, wildlife, pets, pests, pollution, lack of care, et al., we do not offer a blanket guarantee. 

 

Online Returns and Policies

Because our plants are created by nature, and our arrangements are hand-made, what you receive may differ slightly from the picture shown. Living plants will always have variations in colour, size, texture, et al. We do our best to provide an accurate representation of the plants and arrangements we are providing, and every effort will be made to deliver items as shown.

For online orders via post, or courier, items may be returned with the customer incurring the cost of the postage.

Claims for hard goods delivered damaged or missing must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery. For damaged items, we require a photograph. Damaged or missing Items will be replaced.
