This selection of Goat’s Beard is ideal for the smaller garden, where the usual giant form would be too large. It forms a midsized mound of delicately-cut, ferny leaves similar to Astilbe. Taller beet-red stems hold open and airy plumes of ivory-white flowers in early summer. Wonderful in partial shade, or full sun in cool-summer regions. Well suited to the perennial border, mixed containers or woodland. Likes evenly moist soil.
