The many selections of Anise-Hyssop now available are terrific additions to the summer border. Flowers are held in showy spikes above a large bushy mound of licorice-scented leaves. This compact variety has lavender-blue blooms, providing ample flower power late spring through early fall. Excellent for cutting and in mixed containers. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Flowers are edible, and make an interesting addition to salads, or used as a garnish. Easily divided in spring. Flower petals are edible.
