Early maturing varieties. Head size 7-8″ across. Flavours is preserved in the garden. Develops a soft pink blush in the heat of the summer yet no change in flavour.

Far from: Peas, Strawberry, Tomato.
Planting tip: Direct sow when the °T reaches above 23°C. It can be started indoors 4-6 weeks before the planting date.
Harvesting tip: Harvest while curds are still tight. Tie leaves together for a blanched effect. Cool right after harvesting.
Storage tip: Store at 0°C at 95% humidity for up to 1-2 weeks.
