This Polish chamomile is bigger and higher yielding than others. It has a wonderful aroma and is used to make teas. Contains high levels of essential oils.
Companion plants: Fruit trees, Basil, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumber, Garlic, Onion.
Far from: Carrot, Mint, Parsley, Parsnip.
Planting tip: Sow seeds 4-6 weeks before the last frost. Germination can take up to 10-14 days. Transplanting recommended. It can also be directly sown as soon as the soil can be worked. Cover lightly if direct sowing, keep moist.
Harvesting tip: Harvest flowers when in bloom. 4-5 cutting possible in one growing season.
Storage tip: Dry on-screen and stir periodically over several days until dry. Keep out of direct sunlight. Store in mason jars in airtight containers for the longevity of potency.
